The VTB Arena Park project received a prestigious Russian award in real estate industry RREF AWARDS 2014 in nomination “City in the City”. In this nomination developers are awarded for construction of large-scale residential projects consisting of several buildings with one common architectural style, territory, social and sports/entertainment infrastructure.
RREF AWARDS is a sign of quality for residential projects and a sign of customers’ trust and appreciation of market experts. The main goal of this award is to identify the best residential projects and market leaders as well as to support the development of Russian building quality standards.
There were over 500 applications for RREF AWARDS 2014 from 163 companies in different market segments. Three finalists in each 20 nominations were determined through the first voting stage where any RREF AWARDS website visitor could vote. In the second voting stage, residential projects, developers, realtors of Moscow, Moscow Region and other Russian cities were evaluated by a reputable jury consisting of experts from different areas related to real estate and construction business.
VTB Arena park project is granted the “Best Russian Project” award by the MIPIM Awards jury. The prize-giving ceremony was held as part of the 25th MIPIM international real estate show in Cannes.
This year’s MIPIM award is granted for the 23rd time and each year the most attractive investment projects in the construction industry worldwide are awarded. MIPIM is one of the most prestigious and world’s top real estate events highly praised by the international experts. For many years the exhibition has been aimed at not only bringing together all players at the international real estate market but also demonstrating innovative solutions for sustainable and green building. Russia is one of the most attractive countries in terms of investment potential along with Germany, the United Kingdom, France and Canada. In 2014, MIPIM highlighted Russia as a Country of Honour thanks to a significant growth of the real estate market as well as of its players’ efficiency.

VTB Arena park project of an overall reconstruction and modernization of Dynamo stadium and its adjacent area reached the final in the all-Russian competition FIABCI Prix d’Excellence “Best implemented development project in Russia’s real estate market 2013” in Master plan category where facilities of comprehensive construction were submitted for competition at the stage of their documentation approval.
FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) is a worldwide international community of real estate professionals founded in France in 1949. FIABCI is represented by chapters in 48 countries.
